| Sir Nigel Rodley, the keynote speaker, talks in the morning about the hopes of 1948 and the realities of 2008. Following lunch, workshops discussing Poverty, Religious Freedom, Child Soldiers, Race Relations in the UK and Torture and Rendition are available. Finally, a plenary session discusses ‘Are Human Rights Universal?’ with a question and answer time. |
